Well this is absolutely top tucker and would certainly be in the best Fish Shops in Oz prize category! It is simply called The Fish Shop and the place certainly is an institution with customers coming from miles around. It's not cheap by any stretch of the imagination, but you do get fantastic value for money and the produce really is "local" from the lake. |

The crowds start queuing about 12PM and again at 5PM! So if you are very clever you will alter your meal times accordingly. Prawns are absolutely fantastic! |

The photo above has nothing whatsoever to do with fish and chips but we love it! Burrill Lakes really has something for everyone as you have miles of ocean beach, fantastic calm water lake swimming and incredible fishing. |

We were actually staying at the Dolphin Point Caravan Park right on the water. This was a bit too far to walk back so we usually walked around the corner to a little park with lots of shady tables. This spot also has toilets, and yes you can easily fill up your motorhome water tanks. We absolutely recommend the Fish Shop at Burrill Lakes! |
