Adapting a Sunliner for Lifting a Wheelchair

Many manufacturers baulk when asked to fit a wheelchair lift to a motorhome as it does present quite a lot of engineering problems. Not so with Sunliner as they welcomed this customer with open arms and did a fantastic job. The shower was also modified to allow front wall access. The chair is lifted using the well proven hydraulic scissor lift method. This photo was taken at Southport in Tasmania just after the CMCA 2004 Rally at Quercus Park.
